Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and solving problems. You will be responsible for providing outstanding support, responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and support tickets
  • Troubleshoot issues related to products, installations, and configurations
  • Assist customers with product features, updates, and customizations
  • Provide step-by-step solutions and guide customers through technical processes
  • Work closely with the development team to report and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and update FAQs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, effective, and empathetic support
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
  • Track and report common customer issues for future improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical support roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, and other website-building tools
  • Experience with support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
  • Patience, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a digital product or SaaS company
  • Knowledge of website customization and theme installation
  • Basic understanding of SEO, web development, or design principles
  • Familiarity with live chat tools and customer service best practices
